Rates
Rates with Dr. Darbonne, vary depending on service provided. (Online, phone or in office). 12 month 1:1 intensive coaching program is $38,000. Group coaching 12 months program is $18,000. Limited Individual sessions are $525.
Neurofeedback Trainers and "Emotional Growth Through Art" Coaches (Online or at the Newport Beach Center) are $185 per session. Services are offered in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Insurance
No in-panel assignments.
With Dr. Darbonne only,, some services may be covered in part by some health insurance or employee benefit plans. You will be expected to pay the difference between your insurance payment and the session fee in advance for each visit. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash or check at the beginning of each session please.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
